It maintains great flexibility as it can be used as a mortice knob or with our exciting range of rim locks.      Design with unique ebony bun wood door knob features a rounded, smooth design resembling a bun typically with a slightly domed shape. Made from dense, dark ebony wood, known for its luxurious black colour and fine grain, this knob style offers a classic, sophisticated look. You can feel the quality with the weight once you grasp them.     This door knob has an unsprung mechanism and is available as a mortice and rim version, it comes with a detachable rose plate and can be used with either a tubular latch, mortice sash lock, bathroom mortice lock or rim lock. As the unsprung door knobs require less effort to rotate it provides a smooth and effortless operation, making it easy to open and close your doors.      The roses are loose allowing for one to be removed and the knobs are then secured onto the threaded spindle using a grub screw. The door knobs are unsprung, so we recommend that you use a heavy sprung lock or latch.       Designed to suit various door types including wood, metal, and uPVC. They can be used in residential and commercial settings and on left- and right-handed doors.
